Service Description

Lifting the "Law of the Lid." You can never take your organization or team past yourself. I will help you to grow YOU first and then I will help you to understand your team and it's dynamics; give you tools to effectively lead and communicate with the team you are in and set SMART goals for your team moving forward. Each session is $200/hour and can be done in person or online.
